Meet the Author

My name is Ashley Whitley. I started writing in 2024 and found myself drawn into the characters that I created which led me to start writing multiple books. I kept seeing a scene in my head every time I would listen to a song, and I finally wrote it down, which led me to write my first novel! I have loved reading fantasy novels since I was a kid, and it has been a lot of fun for me to create a fantasy world of my own.

I have always wanted to be an author. That has been my dream since I was young, and I finally was able to create a story that I was proud of. I love the characters that I created, and I enjoy bringing their stories to life. I discovered I loved reading fantasy when I was in middle school so I wanted to write books that that age group would enjoy.

I wrote my novels to captivate readers between the ages of 12-14, and my intention was to appeal to all genders with adventure, mystery and friendship building. While my primary audience is middle school grade, all ages will find something to like with the fun atmosphere of the storyline.
